Boasting a 5-inch touchpanel, a tilt-sensor for gaming control, microphone and interfaces for USB, an SD card and a headphone jack, it's actually more like a MID than anything else. Of course, the "kid-tough" casing makes it far bulkier than most, but at least it's designed to take a licking (and keep on ticking). Contrary to conventional tablets, this one will rely primarily on learning cartridges, but there is support for digital downloads for those who'd rather sync it up with their Mac or PC and transfer things to a memory card. You've got a slew of options when it comes to software, and once your kid's done learning for the day, the InnoPad can double as an MP3 player, video player and datebook. The iPad 2. Don't have to say more than that. It's gonna be stronger, better, faster...and stronger some more. Additional memory, faster processor, and a front facing camera for video conferencing. It's on Verizon and AT&T. I'm gonna wait till 2012 and get the one that comes with robot arms.

The NGP's debut party saw Uncharted, Metal Gear Solid 4, LittleBigPlanet and Call of Duty take the stage, but most were just tech demos. This is gonna be the best hand held hands down!

NGP will use a new game medium, a small flash memory based card, dedicated for NGP software titles. The cards will store full game titles and add-on game content or save data. Sony notes that they'll be able to provide higher capacity cards in the future to allow developers to store more game data. The device also supports PlayStation Network Trophies.

So I seen previews for this on T.V and was like, sweet, they made the iPad cheaper...Then realized its not actually an iPad. Then I'm like, sweet, I can get a cheaper alternative, yet another option. Then I find out that this mf'er is right up there with the iPad. But wait, theres more. Samsung has launched a luxury version that supposed to have crystals and all kind of other "potentially annoying" rocks on it. If you ask me...keep the crystals, give me storage space.

Looks like a little bit more competition for the iPad. I say that knowing that the iPad is most likely cooler than this, but some people don't care about that. Honestly, with the specs of the iPad, if someone released something fast with more storage space, i'd probably put that on my wish list.
