Usually, when a firearms manufacturer offers a new model, it takes it a bit slowly. The new model will be introduced and fine-tuned as production progresses. Then, in due time, a newer variant of the model will be offered, then later, another. That’s if the model is popular. If it isn’t, the follow-on variant is left on the drawing board and the manufacturer moves on to the next promising model in the pipeline.
